If you’re like us (Heeeeello, sunny California!), we love the sun, and we love long holiday weekends even more! This weekend while you’re out and about, by the pool, or even road-tripping in the car, be sure to keep in mind safe sun practices. Our Spa Director, Christina Franzten, has some great tips for keeping your skin healthy while getting a dose of sunshine.
- Use sunscreen with at least a 30 SPF or higher. Slather it on if your tanning in the sun, or walking around with exposed skin. Even if you’re cruising around in the car you still need the protection. Harmful UVB and UVA rays can penetrate, especially if your sun roof is open.
