Journeys classes have been created by THE WELL Spa to inspire health and happiness. Aside from indulging in one of our unique spa services, the experience of a signature fitness or mind/body class at the Miramonte Resort & Spa is an experience not to be missed.

Classes are subject to cancellation/change due to weather or low attendance. Please confirm your attendance to any class of interest with the spa desk.
As part of our commitment to Wellness here at The Miramonte Resort any of the stated wellness classes that are part of this Journey's calendar are included in the resort services fee. For valley locals not having spa services classes are $18.00. Membership to the spa is a separate charge of $30.00.
Meet in the spa lobby just 15 minutes prior to class start time to check in with the spa front desk.

Yoga
A series of gentle and dynamic yoga poses performed with breath work, flowing from one pose to another. A mind and body exercise that challenges you to connect from within. The Well has a handful of instructors teaching from different lineages of yoga. There might be an influence of Kundalini, Iyengar, Hatha or Vinyasa.
60 Minute Class
Hydro-Yo-Chi
The integration of yoga and tai chi based exercises performed in our 98 degrees spa pool. Great for building balance, flexibility and focus. Bathing suit required.
50 Minute Class
Tai Chi
A set of movements to assist the body, mind and breath in finding balance. This is the oldest form of exercise practiced in China. A perfect exercise for everyone.
45 Minute Class
Wellness Walk
Start the morning with a great walk through the residential community of Indian Wells. Breathwork and stretching included.

Fitness Center
At the 24-hour fitness studio, complimentary to all guests, cutting edge equipment and personal trainers offer exhilarating workouts. A complete selection of fitness classes and outdoor activities is offered daily.
