Wellness Classes
Wellness classes have been created by THE WELL Spa, a luxury destination spa in Southern California, to inspire health and happiness. Aside from indulging in one of our unique spa services, the experience of a signature fitness or mind/body class at the Miramonte Resort & Spa is an experience not to be missed.
Meet 15 minutes prior to class start time in the spa lobby and check-in at the spa front desk.

Note: The word "Hydro" denotes a class held in our heated-to-body-temperature spa pool. A bathing suit is required.
Classes are subject to cancellation/change due to weather or low attendance. Please confirm your attendance with the spa staff. Fliers are available at the Spa front desk with information about class descriptions, lengths and attire requirements.

Yoga
A series of gentle and dynamic yoga poses performed with breath work, flowing from one pose to another. A mind and body exercise that challenges you to connect from within. The Well has a handful of instructors teaching from different lineages of yoga. There might be an influence of Kundalini, Iyengar, Hatha or Vinyasa.
Hydro-Yo-Chi
The integration of yoga and tai chi based exercises performed in our 98 degrees spa pool. Great for building balance, flexibility and focus. Bathing suit required.
Tai Chi
A set of movements to assist the body, mind and breath in finding balance. This is the oldest form of exercise practiced in China. A perfect exercise for everyone.
Wellness Walk
Start the morning with a great walk through the residential community of Indian Wells. Breath work and stretching included.
Zumba
An exhilarating, upbeat, Latin-inspired workout with easy to follow dance moves.
Fitness Center
At the 24-hour fitness studio cutting edge equipment and personal trainers offer exhilarating workouts complimentary to all guests at Miramonte Resort & Spa. Center includes:
