The more spacious Estate accommodations are located on the second floor of our two story Tuscan villas. Complete with a Venetian style step-out balcony, this larger 425 sq. ft. guest room offers a choice of one king or two queen beds, views of the Santa Rosa Mountains or citrus and rose gardens surround you. Guestrooms also feature estate crown molding, Mediterranean-inspired furniture, our Signature Desert Dream Bed, overstuffed comforters and pillows, dual marble topped vanities and bath, separate dressing area, 42 inch Flat screen Television, MP3 Clock radio, safe, iron and board, hair dryer, coffee & tea maker, three telephones (two with data ports), complimentary wireless Internet access.
