Miramonte Resort & Spa Champions Green Initiatives
INDIAN WELLS, CALIF. – April 10, 2013 – Miramonte Resort & Spa announced details on the resort’s green initiatives, including staff and corporate efforts as well as certifications of the property by two Green advocacy programs: California Lodging and Green Keys Eco-Rating. Miramonte Resort & Spa is the only property in the Coachella Valley to be awarded the top level recognition of “Environmentalist” indicated by three palms from the California Green Lodging Program. The Green Lodging Program is administered by the California State Department of General Services to encourage state and local government travelers to seek out and give preference to certified green hotels. The resort also scored a 4 out of 5 Green Keys in the Green Key Eco-Rating Program which evaluates key operational facets of the resort, as well as sustainable practices, on a national level. The Vineyard Lounge at Miramonte Resort & Spa gets “Sassy and Sultry”
INDIAN WELLS, Calif. – February 21, 2013 –Miramonte Resort & Spa introduces “Sassy and Sultry,” a weekly happy hour event showcasing select wines and smooth sounds with “songbird” Gina Carey, happening every Thursday from 5 to 8 pm in the resort’s Vineyard Lounge. “Sassy and Sultry” highlights a different winery each month with flights of wine from the featured winemaker. On occasion representatives from the winery will be present offering a more personalized experience of the wines to be enjoyed. In addition to a vast selection of fine wines and champagnes, The Vineyard Lounge also offers a full menu of specialty drinks and made-to-order cocktails. Read More

INDIAN WELLS, CALIF. – FEBRUARY 7, 2013 –THE WELL Spa, Miramonte Resort’s award-winning luxury spa, officially debuts a transformation of its services with a unique focus designed to renew and reconnect the body at a core level. Miramonte Resort & Spa Partners with Shelter From The Storm For Annual Desert Holidays Program and the Gingerbread Village Development
INDIAN WELLS, Calif. – October 8, 2012 – Miramonte Resort & Spa will kick off its festive Desert Holidays program on November 1 with the availability of gingerbread lots for sale for Miramonte’s Annual Gingerbread Village. Gingerbread “home builders” are invited to use their imagination to create confectionary structures for display and entry into a contest. Gingerbread houses will be judged in five categories – from professionals to kids – with prizes for each and an overall grand prize of a three-night stay at the luxurious Mediterranean-style resort. Winners will be announced at the Gingerbread Village Grand Opening on Friday, November 23. Gingerbread Village lot prices range from $20 to $50. All proceeds from gingerbread lot sales are provided to Shelter From The Storm, the Valley’s only dedicated provider of services to victims of domestic violence. Gingerbread houses must be submitted by November 19th for the final construction of the village, which will remain on display through the Holidays.
