About our table top oil and vinegar:
We have partnered with West Coast Olive Oil Company to produce an exclusive blend of Spanish Arbequena and Moroccan extra virgin olive oils, which is very low in acid and thus perfect for dipping.
West Coast also provides Brissago with our decadent 18 year old aged vintage balsamic vinegar. Made from white Trebbiano grape juice, and aged in wood barrels to obtain its dark color and pungent sweetness, this product rivals the flavor profile of rare 50 year old balsamic vinegars.
Both products are available for sale in the restaurant or can be ordered via e-mail at $30 a set or $16 individually plus tax and shipping.
