A mixologist with a love for curating craft cocktails, Jose Velazquez takes resort guests on a tour through Guadalajara and its surrounding regions. Jose taps in to his extensive knowledge and passion for mezcal making acquired through his experiences making Mexican, Asian and even Polynesian inspired drinks in Guadalajara, Lima and San Francisco. Join Jose for a unique tasting experience; one where you wiil be introduced to and educated on the history of tequila and mezcal making.
