RESORT POLICIES

For the enjoyment of all guests Miramonte observes the following guidelines.

• Proper pool attire is required
• Outside food and beverage is prohibited at the resort pools
• Guests will be accommodated upon arrival, reserving pool chairs is not permitted
• Items left unattended at the resort pools are subject to removal
• The resort pools are non-smoking areas
• The resort pools are designated for registered guests
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at the resort pools
• The main pool is open between the hours of 6 AM to 11 PM
• The Hideaway Pool is an adult pool open from 8 AM to 8 PM
• *Pets are expected to abide by restaurant guidelines and as stated in pet waivers
• *Any level of prefessional photography and filming will require pre-approval from the resort and we may ask to cease.  Personal and private photography will be granted on an ad hoc basis
• *Promotions of any kind will require prior approval from the resort
